The Tempinspect™ USB is a remarkably accurate and reliable temperature logger that can be used throughout the entire supply chain. Easy to use and deploy, its 2-color led light supplies mission-critical data on-site that can be further analysed on any computer with a USB port.

The Tempinspect™ USB can be configured and launched using its multi-function button, without need of further logistics. Knowing if the cold chain has been maintained has never been easier or more convenient.

The Tempinspect™ USB can be deployed pre configured or it can be configured on site easily by the user.

• User-configurable temperature range: 7 possible preset temperature ranges to choose from cover the entire scope of cold chain monitoring from vaccines to fresh produce.
• User-configurable data logging intervals: The unit can be configured to log temperature readings as frequently as every minute and as far apart as every 4 hrs.
• Visual Alarms: The Tempinspect™ USB datalogger can report temperature excursions during missions. It will flash red once for every temperature excursion over the selected range, with a time length equal to the time interval selected. The unit will flash double-red for excursions under the selected range. Example: A unit set to record every ten minutes will report a temperature excursion of 30 minutes under the set range with 3 double red flashes.
• PDF/CSV report: Upon mission completion (once user stops recording) the unit will autogenerate a report when inserted into the USB port of any PC running Windows, Osx or Linux. The user will be able to obtain a PDF chart and a CSV file with all the data
  logged by the unit.

Once the cold chain logistics of a product come to an end, the data logger must be stopped to then be able to insert into a usb port and have access to a complete report on PDF file and CSV file.

The user has the flexibility to customize features from measurement times to setting up the temperature range and this advantage is that you can have one data logger and depending on what you are shipping you can customize it to your needs without having to buy different loggers for different products. The data logger however will come with a factory setting that then can be changed by the user if needed in a very simple manner.
